All plates go
through various chemicals to ensure absolute cleanness before they are
crack detected under ultra violet light. Plates are then oven cured,
ensuring a perfect bond between the plate and the gasket.
After oven curing
the plates are then inspected and any excess glue is removed before the
plates are packed and dispatched.
